Delivery
CherSammé will not be responsible for any packages lost if normal postage is opted.
Items which are defected by CherSammé will only be valid for an exchange (if stock is still available) or a refund otherwise.
Defected items damaged will be refundable or exchanged within 7 days of purchase only. Customers will bear full responsibility to ensure items mailed back are packed securely. CherSammé will not be responsible for any lost mails in transit for such returns.
